Jeff & Cortney: Dreaming of a white wedding

When you plan your wedding in Bend, Oregon in late October you can expect any type of weather so you have to be prepared. The day of the rehearsal it was 70 degrees and sunny but the prediction for the following day (the wedding day) was high 40, low 25. I found that hard to believe but they’re not kidding around in Bend. You can have every type of weather within a week there. It’s actually not a bad thing because these two LOVE the snow so it really was a dream come true for Cortney!

This was a destination wedding for all but the Bride and Groom who had just moved to Bend Oregon and were excited to share it with their family and friends. The wedding and lodging were at Tetherow and it was perfect for a turn of the season event. Probably fantastic in the Summer, as well.

The flowers and food all brought the Fall inside and when those big fluffy clouds in the sky started snowing, the bride was thrilled and the guests quickly moved inside for a super fun reception.

Desserts and dancing followed as snowflakes fell, which is hard to really capture but what a magical evening it was!
